Thank you for visiting our rental information page. If you’re planning a
meeting, training, workshop, class series, wedding reception, community
event, or other special celebration, look no farther! Located on the east
side of Bend, Hanai is sited on 9 beautiful acres and offers unique and
serene indoor and outdoor spaces that inspire connection, conversation,
and celebration.

Our venue was designed with user experience in mind. Whether you’d
like to assemble a small group for mindful meeting and dialogue or a
healing arts class, come check out our Earth room with its circular
conversation pit, living plant wall, and golden dome skylight. If you’d like
to conduct a class, host a training, or need a break-out room, consider
our blue Eagle room with its clerestory windows, fun and funky hanging
chairs, and access to small patio. For larger gatherings, our Forest
meeting room has plenty of space for group physical activity and adapts
easily from lecture/meeting seating to conversation circles or formal
event table and chair layouts. All rooms are connected to our light and
bright Gallery which allows for easy flow between spaces.

We have a variety of outdoor areas to include: a large patio with gas fire
pit and water feature; a smaller patio off the commercial kitchen which
has giant sliding windows for easy food prep and pass-through, an
informal amphitheater area; a large grass lawn with reclaimed wooden
sluice water feature; and walking paths to connect you to the great
outdoors.

We will be opening with a small selection of desk/tables, standard chairs,
stadium seats, poufs, café tables and outdoor seating and will be adding
to our inventory as programs grow. For special event rentals, Hanai is
happy to provide a list of local event rental and catering vendors to help
you plan your gathering!

Hanai is located 1.5 miles from the Forum Shopping Center, 1 mile from
St. Charles hospital, and 4 miles from downtown Bend.
